We believe in giving back to our communities through our financial donations and by actively encouraging and supporting our employees who donate their time and resources to charitable organizations.

Holiday Families
Each holiday season, Rushforth employees donate to local families in need. At our annual holiday event a silent and live auction raises an average of $6,000 for this initiative, and throughout the year employees also donate money and time.
American Heart Association's Heart Walk
"Team Rushforth" has participated in this annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association since 2004, raising more than $59,000 to date.
Annual Rushforth Golf Tournament
Since 1988 Rushforth Construction has sponsored an annual golf tournament for employees, clients, and business partners. Each tournament raises between $30,000 and $57,000, which is donated to several organizations including the Salvation Army and the local YMCA.
Tacoma Goodwill
Rushforth employees regularly collect new and like-new shoes for the Tacoma Goodwill's shoe drives.
March of Dimes
Team Rushforth participated in the annual WalkAmerica event for eight years, raising more than $35,000 to help prevent birth defects.
Fish Food Bank
Twice a year Rushforth employees hold drives to collect food for the Fish Food Bank in Fife, Washington.
Local Blood Bank
Twice a year the Tacoma Blood Mobile visits Rushforth Construction so that employees can easily donate blood.
Not-for-Profits and Local Charitable Groups
Many members of Rushforth's management team are actively involved with local not-for-profit organizations, including local branches of the Kiwanis and the Rotary Club, dedicating their time as board members, committee chairs and volunteers.
