George & Maja Adolfson Foundation

Adolfson & Peterson Construction companies, including Rushforth Construction, contribute 5% of our pre-tax profits to the George & Maja Adolfson Foundation, which is dedicated to advancing the work of Christian organizations throughout the world. Over 50 organizations, and countless individuals, benefit from grants provided by the foundation. The foundation's mission is to benefit local, national and international organizations and individuals who are fiscally responsible and dedicated to advancing the gospel and work of Jesus Christ as set out in the "Great Commission" of Matthew 28:18-20.

A&P We Care Fund

Through the We Care Fund, A&P companies contribute 5% of our pre-tax profits to fund organizations and causes that employees in our regional offices are passionate about. The fund allows A&P companies to support organizations that benefit the communities we live and work in.

United Way

Improving lives and strengthening the community, United Way is supported by team members of A&P companies around the nation. Each regional office brings together and organizes people to make effective, positive and lasting change through their gifts to United Way. United Way focuses on six impact areas: nurturing children and youth, empowering people through jobs and training, providing food and shelter, strengthening families and communities, supporting seniors and people with disabilities, and promoting health and wellness.

Community Health Charities

Working for healthy communities, Community Health Charities connects the gifts donated by team members of A&P companies with over 30 leading health charities throughout the nation. The mission of Community Health Charities is to raise giving and involvement in health-related organizations dedicated to preventing, managing and curing chronic health conditions.
