Mercy Housing: South G Street Family Housing and Eliza McCabe Townhomes

Rushforth was responsible for the concurrent construction of eight low-income housing buildings on two separate sites: South G Street Family Housing, and the Eliza McCabe Townhomes. All buildings were three story, wood-framed structures, fully sprinklered with one-hour rating. South G Street was comprised of four buildings: Building 1 accommodating six townhouse residential units with a basement and a parking garage. Building 2 was similar in scope to Building 1, with an additional Community Room, Laundry, Office and Restroom. Building 3 accommodated four townhouse residential units and three flat residential units. Building 4 featured five townhouse residential units over parking garages. Eliza McCabe Townhomes was likewise comprised of four buildings: Building 5 featured 18 townhouse residential units with a basement, and three parking garages. Building 6 accommodated four townhouse residential units, a Community Room, Laundry, and Restrooms. Building 7 provided eleven townhouse residential units and two flat residential units, as well as two Offices, a Computer Room and a Restroom. Building 8's six townhouse residential units included a basement and a parking garage.
