New Life Square

Tacoma, Washington

As one of the first houses built on First Hill in Seattle, The Dearborn House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. This three-story, American four-square style main house and detached two-story carriage house include classic embellishment and stucco exteriors typical of its early 1900’s period. Our firm was hired to provide interior and exterior modifications, including enlarging an existing bathroom to provide accessible fixtures and accessories, installing an exterior enclosed 3-stop platform lift in place of an existing exterior stair, and providing a new exterior stairway. The scope of work will also include new plumbing and electrical systems update as required.
