Rushforth has long enjoyed our working relationship with Phoenix Inns—a premier hotel chain that specializes in suite-only accommodations in Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. The success of our relationship is best reflected in the following three examples, all built by Rushforth Construction:
The Phoenix Grand Salem: This new hotel in Salem, Oregon is five stories tall and 164,000 square feet, with a structure that consists of both Type I concrete construction, and a Type III hybrid steel and wood frame construction. The building encompasses 194 guest rooms, a pool and spa, exercise room, breakfast area, administration offices, and state-of-the-art conference facilities, all supported by wireless internet access. It serves as the headquarters hotel for the adjacent Salem Conference Center—another Rushforth project built concurrently with the hotel.
The Phoenix Inn Vancouver: On the banks of the Columbia River, directly across from Portland, Oregon, this three-story, wood-framed, 98 suite inn includes conference meeting facilities, a pool and spa, exercise room and breakfast area.
The Phoenix Inn Olympia: This three-story, 98-unit, wood frame inn is located in the downtown capital of Washington State, roughly an hour south of Seattle. Its amenities include conference meeting facilities, a pool, spa, exercise room, and breakfast area, all supported by wireless internet access.
