Pioneer Park Condominiums and Activity Center

Puyallup, Washington

The City of Puyallup is developing a downtown civic center around its popular Pioneer Park. The new Pioneer Park Building is a 55,000 square foot mixed use complex fronting on Pioneer Avenue and the northwest corner of the park. The facility consists of two floors of market-rate condominiums over a ground floor community/activity center with retail space. Brick clad towers signal entry points and serve as identification features for the various uses within.  The project design represents another successful Team Build collaboration between Rushforth, TCF Architecture, Catapult Community Developers, and the City of Puyallup.  When complete, this new facility will establish the standard for a strong, urban edge to its surrounding streets while remaining open to the park at the southeast.
