Sherwood Central Switch Office

This project began with demolishing existing basement offices and washroom to accommodate space for new equipment and administrative offices. Working closely with the architect during preliminary scope and design stages, we provided cost estimating and analysis on various options in order to achieve the maximum scope for the budget. Extensive upgrades to building systems were sequenced around the Client's requirements, including changes to the old VAV boxes, replacement of existing pneumatic controls with new Delta DDC controls, and installation of new 180 ton HVAC unit, including new ductwork through out equipment space in the building. This new unit will be craned to the roof, after a temporary cooling unit is installed to maintain the building temperature. In addition, the building will receive a new 480 Volt service upgrade that includes electrical switchgear.
