Woodstone Credit Union

Federal Way, Washington

This new, 17,000 square foot, two-story building provided both headquarters space as well as a new branch office for The Woodstone Credit Union. The 3,500 square foot branch is located on the main floor and will serve as the template for future branches. Interior finishes include a multi-colored slate entry and colorful, custom-designed carpeting, with cherry colored doors and trim. A remote, three-lane drive through with a drive-up ATM is available outside the building. The exterior cladding is a combination of metal, brick, stucco, and glass over wood structural framing. All non-structural framing is light gauge metal. The project was completed on schedule and under budget, within six months of Rushforth's selection as the contractor.
